Shipping Policy

We pride ourselves on our quick & helpful customer service and fast processing times.

  • Non-customized, non-printed BLANK items ship in 1-3 business days (M-F).
  • Customized, monogrammed, and printed (Bride, Bridesmaid, Babe, etc.) items ship in 3-5 business days (M-F).
  • Orders will arrive after the processing time + ship time. Typically less than 2-week turnaround for US orders.

Processing times are: Monday through Thursday, 8 am - 5 pm PST and Fridays 8 am - 4 pm PST.

Need your order sooner? Not to worry!

Add rush processing and we will prioritize your special order. Your rushed package will ship out within 1 - 2 business days. Remember, these are only the processing times for order. This is the time it takes us to receive, print and package your items. Don’t forget to upgrade your shipping method as well if needed.

Return Policy

We want to be sure you have an exceptional experience shopping with us, so if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we have made the return process quick and easy!

You may return most non-personalized and non-custom products for a full merchandise refund. Please see below for details:

All returns must be approved and have a RMA (return merchandise authorization) number. You can inquiry about a RMA number by contacting our customer service team through email at [email protected] or message us in our live chat window! We’re here to assist you Monday through Thursday, 8 am - 5 pm PST and Fridays 8 am - 4 pm PST.

Non-Personalized Items

  • Returns or exchanges must be accompanied by an original order number or email sales receipt.
  • Eligible merchandise returns must be made within 30 days of delivery.
  • For items returned within the 30 days of purchase date will be refunded to the original form of payment at the original selling price. 
  • We'll gladly accept unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise in original form of packaging with no signs of use or wear and tear for return or exchange within the 30 days of delivery. 
  • You may use any shipping method to send back your package! Customer covers cost of return shipping.
  • You should receive a credit within 14 days after receiving your return.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet these conditions.

Personalized Items

  • Anything with unique additional printing of your choice such as Bride, Bridesmaid, Babe or custom names will be considered personalized. 
  • We put a lot of work into creating your custom labels & products to help make your celebration personal and special! Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for any of our personalized items. 

Damaged / Defective / Incorrect Items / Items Printed Incorrectly

We hope you never receive damanged or defective items, however we're human and understand that mistakes happen. Here's how we can help :)

    • Your Order Number
    • Description of the Problem
    • The exact number of replacements needed / when they are needed if applicable.
Please note: Wedding Favorites is not responsible for missing or damaged packages resulting from errors made by our shipping carriers. We will be happy to assist you in filing a damage claim with appropriate parties to receive either a refund or replacements. Damage claims are usually resolved within 14 business days.
